The Roasted Turkey for 10 package is available for $129.99 and contains a 15-pound carved turkey, a choice of two salads, one pint of cranberry-pineapple compote and one dozen assorted rolls. For $149.90, there is The Party Platter Plus for 10, which has two dozen mini-potato knishes, two dozen mini-franks in jackets, 3.5 pounds of assorted prime cold cuts, a choice of two side salads, rye bread and an assorted pickle tray. (Sandwich platters are available for an additional $1 per person.) The Rotisserie Chicken for 10 features a raw vegetable platter with dip, four rotisserie chickens cut in eighths, warmed pasta and spinach and assorted dinner rolls for $119.99.
The Traditional and Kosher Luau packages, both of which serve 15 people, are made for larger office luncheons. The traditional package includes three pounds of warmed brisket of beef and three pounds of turkey (both with natural gravy), rice pilaf with vegetables, a vegetable medley, assorted dinner rolls and rye bread, all for $229.99. The Kosher Luau package, which costs $299.99, features two pounds of Hawaiian chicken salad mold; a choice of Hawaiian chicken, beef/chicken broccoli; or chicken/beef/vegetable lo mein; a Polynesian fruit display; two pounds of almond cookies; and two boxes of fortune cookies.
