Customers can access the online ordering module on the Ben’s home page at www.bensdeli.net by clicking the “order online” button. Delivery is also still available at all Ben’s locations with phone orders.
The company offers both a paid delivery service upon customer request. Free scheduled delivery service is available for both lunch and dinner to many locations near its stores. Orders must be placed at least 30 minutes in advance of the free delivery truck’s scheduled departure time to allow for the store to freshly prepare your meal. Minimum order sizes vary by location and time of day. Free delivery schedules, on-demand delivery charges and complete details are available on the Ben’s website at www.bensdeli.net.
To make guests’ experiences with the merged services as enjoyable and efficient as possible, Ben’s is opening up its email to comments or suggestions from customers. As always, the company continues to improve and upgrade its services based on customer feedback.
